Acton Rental & Sales Co at 10646 Northend Avenue, Ferndale, Michigan.

I hate to write negative reviews, but I feel the process is intended to add a valuable resource for consumers to use a reference when making a purchasing decision. My experience with Action Rental & Sales has been very poor. They appear to be either disorganized, over whelmed or both. The people seemed to be very pleasant to speak to and I believe they sincerely want to help, but for some reason seem incapable. The company installed a dumbwaiter in our building in 2010 and now when we need it repaired, they say they will help, but have dropped the ball 3 or 4 times with gaps in time until I followed up. Lastly, their advice was to find another repair service. Wow! message received load and clear. I am not perfect and certainly don't expect anyone else to be, but it amazes me how a service organization with this attitude stays in business? Perhaps they need more competition? I am not looking for any remediation to my problem - just frustrated and moving on.
